DAIRY EXPO EXHIBITION 2018

The dynamic sector of milk and its products have eventually gained their own meeting point for professionals in the Greek market and not only.

The purpose of the DAIRY EXPO exhibition that took place on 10, 11 and 12 November 2018 at the Metropolitan Expo at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, contributed to the progress and development of the sector, the notification of the Greek cheese and the dairy products and the strengthening of the position of the companies that are active in this cutting-edge sector of the Greek economy.

Already several cheese and dairy producing companies, professional equipment and innovative technology companies, as well as Regions of the country participated in the DAIRY EXPO exhibition as part of their extrovert policy.

INOX DESIGN Kateris S.A. took also part in the DAIRY EXPO 2018 exhibition, with remarkable cheese making machines and food processing machines.

Parallel to the exhibition, informative workshops were held with the possibility of free attendance by visitors and exhibitors. Issues related to the organization of exports, the relevant expansion markets as well as the demand for Greek products abroad were the focal point of these workshops.

The workshops took place during the 5th Dairy & Cheese Conference which was held in collaboration with ELGO – Dimitra and the Greek Milk Institute of Ioannina.

At DAIRY EXPO 2018 as every year, the traditional family cheese man was presented in simulation, which operated in real-time and made cheese all the days during the exhibition.

This concept also highlighted the integrated and smart solutions being offered by professional equipment suppliers in small family farms so they can cheese their own milk. An original idea that has also found a response in the previous events.
