    I am building a yoghurt production in Singapore, and want to ask about your services. We will need to buy all new equipment and will also need installation services for our new production.

    I am including specifications below for reference.

    Production processing – 1000 Liter capacity.

    Our process is –

    1.) Mix 65°C distilled water with solids and Homogenize
    2.) Pasteurize – Heat Milk to 90C for 1 minute
    3.) Cool milk in fermentation tank and add starter culture
    4.) Incubation
    5.) Straining off of whey
    6.) Packaging
